Relevance
These general conditions apply to every offer of the trading company and any agreement concluded at a distance between the company and the consumer.
Offer
If an offer is of limited duration or subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer. The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products and / or services. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow a proper assessment of the offer by the consumer. Any images used will try to give a fair representation of the products and / or services. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer will not bind the trading company. Each offer contains such information so it is clear to the consumer what rights and obligations are attached. To the acceptance of the offer this concerns in particular:
- The price includes taxes and delivery costs;
- How the agreement will be achieved and what actions are required;
- The method of payment, delivery or performance of the contract;
- The deadline for accepting the offer, or the deadline for adhering to the price, if applicable.
The agreement
The agreement is subject to the provisions of the previous paragraph, concluded at the time when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the corresponding conditions. If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, the trader will immediately confirm receipt of electronic acceptance of the offer.
Right of withdrawal upon delivery of products
When purchasing, the consumer can cancel the order at any time before the products are shipped. The consumer can return unused products within 30 (thirty) days, without giving any reason. This period starts on the day following receipt of the product by the consumer. During this period the consumer will treat the product and packaging with care. The product may be unpacked and fitted as necessary only to assess whether the product matches the specifications. If the consumer excercises the right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and – if possible – packaging will be returned in original condition accordance with instructions by the trading company. The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with the consumer until the moment of acceptance by the trading company or its designated representative, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Costs in case of withdrawal
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the cost of return shipping will be for his/her account. The trading company will refund the purchasing amount of the products as soon as possible but no later than 30 days after acceptance and assessment of the returned products and packaging.
Compliance and Warranty
The trader guarantees that the products meet the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability and compliance to any existing legal provisions and/or government regulations on the date of the conclusion of the agreement. Any guarantees provided by the trading organisation, manufacturer or importer does not affect the legal rights and claims that the consumer can claim against the trading organisation, under the contract.
Delivery and implementation
The trading organisation uses the greatest care and diligence possible when receiving and implementing orders for products. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has provided. Subject to what is stated in these terms and conditions, the company will expedite order as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days, unless a longer delivery period was agreed. If delivery is delayed, or if an order is not or only partially implemented, the consumer will receive an update no later than one week after placing the order. The consumer has in this case the right to cancel the contract without penalty, the trading company will in that case refund the amount that consumer has paid as soon as possible, at the very latest within 14 days.
The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with the trading company up to the moment of delivery to the address as specified by the consumer, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
